- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns, store credit, or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products, clearance items, personal care items (such as razors or tweezers), or any product marked as final sale.

6. Store Credit
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the issue date and is non-transferable.
- Lost or expired store credit cannot be reissued.
7. Workshops, Consultations & Training
We offer one-on-one training, professional classes, and in-store consultations. Bookings may require a deposit and are non-refundable unless canceled with 24 hours’ notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website or printed materials are owned by The Salon Store. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Liability
The Salon Store is not liable for:
- Reactions to products used without proper guidance.
- Delays in delivery caused by external couriers.
