  • All prices are listed in Bermudian dollars (BMD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

 

4. Product Information

We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions. However:

  • Product packaging, ingredients, and results may vary slightly from the images or text.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product is suitable for their skin or hair type. Professional advice should be sought when in doubt.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns, store credit, or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products, clearance items, personal care items (such as razors or tweezers), or any product marked as final sale.

6. Store Credit
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the issue date and is non-transferable.
  • Lost or expired store credit cannot be reissued.

 

7. Workshops, Consultations & Training

We offer one-on-one training, professional classes, and in-store consultations. Bookings may require a deposit and are non-refundable unless canceled with 24 hours’ notice.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website or printed materials are owned by The Salon Store. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Liability

The Salon Store is not liable for:

  • Reactions to products used without proper guidance.
  • Delays in delivery caused by external couriers.
  • Damages resulting from misuse of our products.

 

We do our best to ensure safety and satisfaction, but encourage all customers to follow instructions carefully and conduct patch tests where necessary.
